The Wrap-up

So another Tour over, the favourite didn't come through with the goods and a well known Spaniard makes a cameo appearance in the 3rd week and managed to hold on. I could have sat down and made up some quips about the last three weeks but as they say; why re-invent the wheel? lets get traction on the issue, put the rubber to the road (yes i have been spending too much time in the office!)
